Recipe: Super Nutty and Super Toasty Muesli!
Makes about 20 portions
Ingredients:
200g hazelnuts
130g dried apricots
120g flaked almonds
100g flaked coconut
50g linseed
40g poppy
40g sesame
100g raisins
150g sunflower seeds
150g pumpkin seeds
1kg oats
3 tbsp cinnamon
Heat the oven to about 180 and either keep the door slightly ajar as you roast the nuts or keep a super close eye on them... they brown really quickly!
1. Smash up the hazelnuts + dice apricots
2. Toast hazelnuts, sunflower + pumpkin seeds
3. Toast coconut + flaked almonds (lightly and separately as they will cook a lot quicker)
4. Let the hot nuts cool then put all ingredients into a giant bag and shake, shake, shake until you have breakfast :D
